GFD99x0 series is a platinum catalyzed with two-component liquid silicone rubber, it suit to injection molding process.

2. Storage: Part A and Part B are separately store in sealed containers in a cool and dry place out of direct sunlight.
3. Package: 20kg/pail or 200kg/drum
4. The shelf life is 12 months after the production date.

MIDGOLD SILICONE CO.,LTD is a major manufacturer of HTV(HCR) solid and LSR liquid silicone rubber in China. Our company was jointly founded by Momentive before, and has more than 20 years history in silicone industry. Below is our history timeline.

8: TESTING

Based on high quality and high standard, MIDGOLD SILICONE has been cooperated with many customers from Europe, America, and Asia. We control quality from the raw material to batch strictly in our own standardized laboratory,  our test technicians follow test routine and standard required by our customers to operate test program. Any defect should not be allow to ship out. If customer has no test requirements, we will also do basic test in our laboratory to assure the quality.

Test methods as below:

Appearance is test by eyes.
Hardness is tested according to GB/T 531.1-2008.
Tensile strength, elongation and tensile are tested according to GB/T 528-1998.
Tear strength is tested according to GB/T 529-2008.
Plasticity is tested according to GB/T 12828-2006.
The sample for shrinkage test is prepared in 130mm*130mm*2mm.
